Global Chemical Security Activities

The U.S. Department of State Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation Chemical Security Program (CSP) partners with government, security, academic, and industrial communities in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, to strengthen their ability to thwart chemical attacks.

CSP accomplishes this aim by sponsoring projects designed to identify and address chemical security vulnerabilities and identify and investigate early warning signs of chemical attacks in preparation.

CSP is seeking applications for cooperative agreement grants to support the CSP. Up to 30 individual awards are available.

Further details are available via Funding Opportunity Number: ISN-ISNCTR-16-006. The closing date for applications is February 12, 2016.
