Counter Improvised Explosive Device Call Center

The U.S. CENTCOM Joint Theater Support Contracting Command (C-JTSCC) General Support Contracting Center (GSCC) is conducting market research for the Counter Improvised Explosive Device Call Center in Kabul, Afghanistan.

The contractor must provide the following to support operations at the call center:

  • 8 Call Center Operators
  • 4 Call Center Supervisors
  • 3 Dell Optiplex 3020
  • 3 Dell 19 Monitor E1914H
  • 3 Logitech M325 Mouses
  • 3 Dell Keyboards
  • 3 Dell Printer B1163w
  • 3 Cisco 7940G Phones

The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research to determine the method of acquisition based on the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to issuing a solicitation. The U.S. Government’s determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be made based on responses to the RFI.
