The Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG) has a requirement for CBRN Response Enterprise- Ready Response – Subject Matter Experts (SME) & Role Player Support Services at Camp Grayling, Michigan from 03-08 March 2015.
MIARNG has issued an official Request for Quote (RFQ) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan, Purchasing and Contracting Division.
The awarded contractor will provide SMEs working in a part time capacity to assist military and government service personnel in the writing, synchronization, and execution of a live and virtual exercise designed to prepare key leaders, units and staff/headquarters elements to perform their Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise mission (CRE).
46th MP Command (TF 46) is a 2 star level command and is assigned as the Task Force Headquarters for the Command and Control CBRN Response Element B (C2CRE-B) as part of the CBRN Response Enterprise (CRE) under US Army North (USARNORTH) Homeland Security (HLS), Defense Support to Civilian Authorities (DSCA) activities. TF 46 is required to conduct a Command Post Exercise (CPX) annually to maintain its validation.
The awarded contractor will produce exercise products that support contingency plans for disaster response of DOD assets that complement the National Response Framework (NRF) based upon a large scale weaponized Anthrax attack in the United States.
