The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking prospective offerors to provide sustainment for the Defense Integration and Management of Nuclear Data Services (DIAMONDS) system and to assist the government in the development of DIAMONDS Next Generation.
DIAMONDS is an end-to-end information system for managing the national nuclear stockpile databases and other related services which were integrated from formerly manual processes. DIAMONDS is a mission critical system supporting all aspects of the DTRA peacetime and emergency nuclear weapons stockpile reporting mission.
The system is accessed by users either via point-to-point encryption on a virtual private network classified at the Secret level, or via SIPRNet by a smaller sub-set of users.
