Army Contract Award to RSE Inc. for Chemical Agent Filter System Components

U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has announced intentions to award a sole source contract to purchase 150 High Efficiency Gas Adsorbers (HEGA)-TEDA filters to R.S.E Incorporated.

The HEGA filters are used in the Chemical Agent Filter Systems (CAFS). These filters are used to prevent highly toxic gaseous contaminants from being released into the environment and must comply with military specifications and have been additionally certified by the Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center’s Test, Reliability & Evaluation Branch.

RSE Incorporated is headquartered in New Baltimore, Michigan and is one of the oldest activated carbon filter manufactures in North America. They produce and supply air filtration products globally.
