Northrop Grumman, Annapolis, Maryland, is being awarded a $16,552,553 delivery order to a previously awarded contract for the procurement of field upgradeable kits and fleet support for conversion of the AN/AQS-24A mine detecting sensor systems to the AN/AQS-24B configuration in support of the Airborne Mine Countermeasure Systems Program.
Work will be performed in Annapolis, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by July 2016. Fiscal 2014 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of 16,552,553 will be obligated at the time of award, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Panama City, Florida, is the contracting activity.
