Joint Research and Development, Inc. (JRAD) was recently awarded a Task Order under a U.S. Army contract supporting the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), totaling over $10M.
This Task Order was competitively awarded as part of the Joint Enterprise – Omnibus Program, Engineering and Technical Support (JE-OPETS) Acquisition (ACQ) program to support the JPEO-CBRND, including its Headquarters, Directorates and five Joint Project Managers (JPMs). The JPEO-CBRND manages a diverse portfolio of critical warfighting capabilities requiring an approach for cohesive and innovative total life cycle systems management to rapidly respond to customer needs in a cost-effective manner.
This Task Order will provide administrative and acquisition analysis support to facilitate the JPEO-CBRND in meeting the schedule-driven, critical solutions of the Warfighter across the JPEO-CBRND Enterprise.
Mr. Mike Diederen, JRAD’s President, said, “We are very pleased to support this critical mission to ensure that the JPEO-CBRND and its JPMs continue to succeed at fielding materiel solutions in support of our warfighters. This award allows us to continue building on our foundation of providing expertise in the CBRND community.”
