Cooperative Threat Reduction MetricsThe U.S. Department of State Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation Cooperative Threat Reduction (ISN/CTR) seeks to promote self-sufficient nuclear, biological, and chemical security cultures with partner governments.

ISN/CTR has issued a Request for Applications (RFA) inviting non-profit/non-governmental organizations, international organizations, and educational institutions to submit proposals that will assess the effectiveness of ISN/CTR programming.

Estimated total program funding for the effort is $250,000.
