New START Treaty Aggregate Numbers of Strategic Offensive Arms

The U.S. State Department’s Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security, Bureau of Arms Control, Verification and Compliance (AVC), has published updated aggregate numbers from the biannual exchange of data required by the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START).
