NISS is the working name for a new, automated business information capability that DSS is seeking to replace and expand upon the following legacy systems: Industrial Security Facility Database (ISFD) and the Department of Energy hosted but DSS owned Electronic Facility Clearance System (e-FCL).

The Leidos base contract is valued at $16,704,370. Total orders under this contract shall not exceed $50,000,000 including all options periods.
