A contract in support of the Department of Defense Joint Patient Safety Reporting (JPSR) system will be awarded to Datix (USA), Inc. of Chicago, Illinois under a U.S. Army sole-source award.
Datix (USA), Inc. is the sole proprietor of the JPSR Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) licenses, code maintenance and configuration, and application services.

JPSR provides analytic tools to identify areas for patient safety and quality improvement initiatives to achieve goals for reducing the frequency and severity of medical safety events.
The U.S. Army Medical Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is the contracting authority.
