Crisis Management Program Planning

The Crisis Management: Introduction to Program Planning and Crisis Plan Development training course will be held 8-11 December 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This program provides the techniques necessary to perform a risk assessment; identify and interact with key stakeholders; and develop and maintain a written Crisis Management plan. Other areas of discussion include exercising the plan and training.
